We are the first manufacturer in China to develop the high speed double wire intermediate wire drawing machine. In addition, we continue to research new machine designs.

Improvement

We will check frequently the operating conditions of the machines delivered, collecting suggestions from the operators of the machine to improve and update the machine. We will visit our customers annually to verify the maintenance conditions of the machine and offer improvement advice.

Technical support

We will respond within 3 hours after receiving the malfunction report from the buyers / operators of the machines around the world, and we will offer a proposal or solutions in 8 hours.

Service Pre-sale services

We offer professional advice and guidance on technical programs, equipment selection recommendations and plant planning.

Sales service

We regularly inform the progress of the production and respond in a timely manner to the requirements of the customers during production. We will adjust our plans within a reasonable time frame, and standard wear parts will be offered at no charge. For the additional required wear parts, we carry out the delivery through an international courier service.

The delivery of different machines for the international market is as follows:

Bar breakdown machine: 120 days.

Intermediate drawing machine: 70 days; Multi-wire intermediate wire drawing machine: 100 days

Thin wire drawing machine: 65 days; The multiple thin wire drawing machine: 100 days

Continuous Annealing Machine: 65 days

Wire Collection Machine: 45 days

After-sale service

We offer one year warranty for the machines. During the warranty, the diagnosis of free remote failures and the free replacement of spare parts (if caused by quality problems) are available. The resulting international courier freight will be borne by the buyer. In addition, the technical staff can be sent to the customer's production site to obtain guidance on the installation of the equipment paid, training on the operation and other technical services. Special services for customers include rectifying and updating old equipment.
